Terms & Condition - By placing an order and participating in a Collins Bass For Cash event, I submit that I and my partner have read and understand the Collins Inc. – Bass For Cash Series tournament rules and furthermore agree to waive and release Collins Inc., Collins Inc. – Bass For Cash Series tournament officials, and event sponsors of any claims of personal injury or property damage while participating in these events. I also understand that any taxes related to winnings, contingencies, or bonuses are my responsibility and I submit the following personal information for such purposes.
